How we verify reviews

Every review is confirmed by its author by e-mail. We never hide negative reviews.
We are not accepting new reviews at the moment. We will accept them once we start verifying purchases. From then on, only customers who have actually bought the product or bought from the shop will be able to write reviews.
How we verify
- A review is published only after the author confirms their e-mail address (link in the e-mail).
- The author declares they bought or used the product. The “Verified purchase” label is shown only when the shop confirms the purchase.
- Reviews with profanity, personal data or links are rejected automatically; borderline cases are reviewed by a person.
What we do not do
- We do not hide negative reviews or sort them so that they are less visible.
- Shops cannot delete or hide reviews. They can only reply publicly or report a violation.
- Ratings are calculated only from reviews on our website, never from shop data.
